What We Collect and Why

FlyerFactory ("we", "us") collects only what is needed to run the service:

• Account info (name, email) — collected via Clerk when you sign in, used to identify your account.
• Flyer projects (your designs and chat messages) — stored in Google Cloud Firestore so you can access them later.
• Chat input — sent to Google Gemini to generate your flyer designs.
• Server logs (IP address, timestamps) — kept for security and debugging.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone for marketing or advertising. Your data is only shared with the third-party services listed above to operate FlyerFactory.

Data Deletion

Your data is kept as long as you use the service. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@flyerfactory.ai and we will remove it.

Changes
